KSA's Past Presidents

Updated Tuesday December 24, 2013 by Kitchener Sports Association.

On Tuesday October 25th, 1994, KSA commemorated its 50th anniversary and recognized the following Past Presidents who were in attendance.

Seated (l-r) Clem Faust (1961-63), Dennis Watson (1977-78), Fred Hasen (1993-94), Rick Harrison (1989-90), Rueben Halpern (1972-75)
Standing (l-r)  John Weber (1977 & 1979-80),   Bill Stewart (1975-76),   Norm Foss (1991-94), Tom Gural (1983-84),  Garry Logel (1981-82)

KSA is in debt to Jim Swartz, Secretary for KSA for many, many years. Jim Swartz  kept detailed minutes of meetings and events throughout the years and it is through his devotion to Kitchener Sports Association that we are able to recognize those people who also devoted their time and energy to our organization.  The files he kept are now being used as an invaluable source of information on the history of KSA and minor sports within the local community. The information Jim so carefully preserved and recorded is a tribute to his dedication to KSA and to those individuals who took the time out of their already busy lives to support and promote athletics in Kitchener.
