April 19, 2005 - -- Forest Hill T-Ball Association is the proud recipient of the 2005 Award of Excellence presented by the Kitchener Sports Association. Forest Hill is only the 3rd Organization to receive this honor.Prior winners are The Kitchener Rangers Hockey Club (2003) and Region of Waterloo(ROW) Swim Club(2004). Gary Logel also received the individual Award of Excellence, Gary has been a part of FHTBA for many years and continues to sponsor his grandson's team.We would like to congratulate Gary on his Award. At the Award ceremony KSA also presented the Athlete of the Year Award to Dana Ellis from Kitchener(now resides in California) who competed in Pole Vault at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens and finished 6th for Canada! All of us at Forest Hill would like to extend our Congratulations to all that were nominated for the Athlete of the Year Award and of course to Dana for being chosen the Athlete of the Year 2005!
