ANDREW POJE – Figure Skating – Ice Dance (Kitchener)
 
     Andrew teamed up with his new partner Kaitlyn Weaver in August 2006 and went on to win 3 Bonze Medals that year. They won two on the ISC Jr. Grand Prix Circuit and another one at the World Jr. Championships. Andrew continued to climb the world rankings in 2007 repeating as Bronze Medalist at the ISU World Jr. Championships. He finished the year in style with a Bronze at the BMO Financial Canadian Sr. Championships. Earlier this year after less than two years with his new partner, he won Silver at the Canadian Sr. Championships on his quest to compete in the 2010 Olympics.

 

PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTS:
· Bronze at the BMO Financial Canadian Sr. Championships
· Bronze at the ISU World Jr. Championships
· 6th at the Sr. Grand Prix Skate Canada
· 20th at the ISU World Sr. Championships
· Canadian National Team
